Together, Towards New Summits! ⛰️

On Thursday 2 July, we were delighted to welcome 11 France Travail advisers from Montmélian for a tour of our factory.

The aim of this visit was to introduce them to our activities, our roles and our various departments, so that they could gain a better understanding of the realities and opportunities offered by the paper and board industry.

The visit continued with a discussion session with our Human Resources Director, Jean Bernard Dutrieux, and our HR manager responsible for recruitment, Mélanie Zanetti. These discussions helped to strengthen our collaboration on shared challenges relating to recruitment and employment, to share our respective experiences, and to identify new avenues for joint action.

These discussions enabled us to identify concrete solutions to tackle recruitment challenges in our sector, uncover local talent and enhance the appeal of careers in the paper industry.

Thank you to the France Travail advisers for the quality of these discussions!

🎉 Honouring those who contribute to our company’s history, both today and throughout the years

On June 27, 25 long-service award recipients and 7 retirees from La Rochette Cartonboard took part in a discovery day organized by the Works Council (CSE) between Geneva and Yvoire.

The programme for the 50 participants included a walk along the shores of Lake Geneva, a friendly lunch, a visit to the medieval village of Yvoire, and a cruise aboard a hybrid-powered boat.

This special day provided an opportunity to celebrate our long-service award recipients and to thank our retirees for their contribution to the company’s development throughout their professional careers.

A big thank you to all participants for making this such a wonderful day of conviviality, sharing and connection! 👏
